We’ve spent a lot of time with clients this month working on producing the ACA Form 1095-C for their employees. GP has built-in functionality to produce the form but most customers have not been tracking data for 2015. No worries there, we can backfill the information in just a few steps. Summary: While attempting to import a solution from a development environment a customer was running into the following error message that "you must have at least one active Main form" 11:09:35.27 Form Incident Request Case Service request case associated with a contract. Over the last year I've utilized Microsoft Azure Virtual Machines for testing various customizations and installations/upgrades with Microsoft CRM.  While looking at one of these environments the other day, I noticed a very high CPU utilization on the server that was affecting my ability to get things done and to work in the browser.  This problem is something that could be seen with customers in a CRM OnPremise deployment as well so is not specific to environments in Microsoft Azure.  Looking at both Windows Task Manager and Resource Monitor, I could see that the high CPU...

So, I am just going to say it.  Complex reporting in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online using FetchXML has been a sore spot for many a customers and implementers since it came along.  It's easy for many coders to write SQL reports to do anything but you just don't have that option in CRM Online.
