Summit Group Software is currently seeking individuals for the following positions:

Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant

     Location: Toronto, Minneapolis, Chicago, Sioux Falls, Fargo

     Requirements:

  • Experience working with business management software required
  • Experience with requirements and process definition, business analysis work with clients required
  • Experience working with relational databases; Microsoft SQL Server experience is a plus
  • Experience developing web applications in a Microsoft environment is a plus
  • Experience with ASP.NET or JavaScript is a plus
  • Business application development/support experience is a plus
  • Professional and personable demeanor, strong customer service skills, natural curiosity and technical aptitude required
  • Ability to make decisions and work well in ambiguous situations, listen to customer problems and advise upon solutions required
  • Self-starter and be able to handle multiple tasks and priorities required
  • Enjoy working at an entrepreneurial company
  • Highly motivated and dependable
  • Ability to travel within North America, approximately 25%

     Responsibilities:

  • Business Analysis and Requirements Definition for Microsoft Dynamics CRM – Includes:
    • Business Process discussions with clients
    • Gather requirements and make recommendations
    • Document requirements
    • System design
  • Implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM – Includes:
    • Installation and configuration
    • Customizations and custom development, related testing
    • Data migrations
    • Supporting customizations
    • Report writing using Microsoft SQL Reporting Services
    • Possible ancillary solution work with SharePoint services
    • Training customer users and administrators
  • Supporting existing Microsoft Dynamics CRM customers

Business Development Manager

     Location: Toronto, Minneapolis, Chicago, Sioux Falls, Fargo

     Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, finance or business
  • 3+ years experience in a similar position 
  • Proven history of meeting sales quota
  • Comfort with C-Level presentations
  • Understanding the complete sales cycle
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills  

     Responsibilities:

  • Managing sales cycles, closing new software and service sales
  • Business development
  • Helping to define marketing/sales strategy
