Calculated Fields Part 3: Working with Lookups

When creating custom calculated fields, I have the ability to capture field values one level up from the record that I am currently on. For example, consider Accounts. An account can have a parent account tied to it.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Update Rollup 12: Released! But hold on for a moment…..

To find out the major features of Update Rollup 12, one only needs to search around a bit online and you’ll find the same sort of features list over and over. UR12 should certainly not be thought of as a service pack release but more so as an upgrade of sorts. There are a number of fixes and improvements, but other “things” will have changed as well.  There are a lot of things to be excited about for this release!

Add/Remove Features window is blank in Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010

So I had an interesting support case the other day. I was adding another module to a GP instance on a workstation. After I had selected the instance to add the module to the next window, Add/Remove Features, was blank! I have never seen this before. I searched for an answer and found another article buried on the Microsoft Support site. Everyone should know this!  It is Article ID 2581260.

How GP 2013 will handle Unit Accounts
